Terms & Conditions

By joining Pubize, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern all memberships, upgrades, revenue-sharing, and the use of digital products provided within the platform.

1. Membership Access

  • All memberships provide access to digital products as described on the Memberships page.
  • Diamond memberships are lifetime; Emerald, Sapphire, Platinum, and Silver are multi-year or annual; Ruby, Gold, and Bronze are monthly.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
  • All digital products are provided with either Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR), allowing you to learn from, rebrand, or resell them within the stated license terms.

2. Affiliate Upgrade Requirement

  • A one-time $70 Affiliate Upgrade fee is required to qualify for revenue-sharing payouts.
  • Certain memberships (Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond) include the Affiliate Upgrade automatically.
  • Without the Affiliate Upgrade, members may still access products but will not earn from the revenue-sharing program.

3. Revenue Sharing & Payout Pools

  • 40% of gross monthly membership revenue is allocated to the Share Payout Pool.
  • Up to 40% of gross monthly membership revenue is allocated to the Referral Match Pool (conditions apply).
  • The remaining revenue is retained by Pubize for infrastructure, product licensing, growth, and administration.

4. Revenue Thresholds

  • Gross Revenue < $300: No payout calculations are run. Revenue is retained for operating expenses.
  • $300–$999: 40% Share Pool is distributed using base share weights only. No referral matches or bonuses apply.
  • $1,000–$2,500: 40% Share Pool + 20% Referral Match Pool apply. Referral Match is capped at 6% flat rate. Annual bonus weights and any other share bonuses are not applied.
  • > $2,500: 40% Share Pool + 20% Referral Match Pool apply. Full payout logic applies, including annual bonus weights and scaled referral matches up to 25%.
  • > $5,000: 40% Share Pool + 30% Referral Match Pool apply. Full payout logic applies, including annual bonus weights and scaled referral matches up to 25%.
  • > $10,000: 40% Share Pool + 40% Referral Match Pool apply. Full payout logic applies, including annual bonus weights and scaled referral matches up to 25%.

5. Earnings & Payouts

  • Payouts are calculated monthly based on share weights and referral match bonuses.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies. Balances under this amount roll forward month-to-month until the threshold is met.
  • Payouts are distributed via the payment method selected in your account.
  • All payouts are made in USD crypto equivalents, depending on the method.
  • If the total of all referral matches exceeds the Referral Match Pool budget, a pro-rated scaling factor is applied to bring total bonuses within budget.

6. Referral Match Bonus

  • Active referrals qualify members for match bonuses on their downline earnings.
  • Scaling structure:
    • Monthly Membership → 3%
    • Annual Membership → 6%
    • +3 Active Referrals → 9%
    • +6 Active Referrals → 12%
    • +9 Active Referrals → 15%
    • +12 Active Referrals → 18%
    • +15 Active Referrals → 21%
    • +18 Active Referrals → 23%
    • +20 Active Referrals → 25%
  • Diamond members receive an instant 25% Referral Match Bonus on all active downline earnings.
  • Emerald members receive an instant 15% Referral Match Bonus on all active downline earnings.

7. Affiliate Marketing Practices

  • Affiliates and members must promote Pubize honestly and ethically.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use the word “scam” or any other derogatory, defamatory, or misleading language in connection with the Pubize name, brand, products, or community.
  • Negative marketing, “fear-baiting,” or disparaging tactics designed to manipulate interest are not allowed.
  • Affiliates may not misrepresent potential earnings, product benefits, or membership features.
  • All marketing materials must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements (including FTC guidelines where applicable).
  • Violation of these practices may result in suspension or permanent termination of affiliate privileges and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

8. Random Referrer Assignment

  • If a new member joins Pubize without a referrer, they are automatically assigned to an existing active affiliate. Selection is random but weighted according to the affiliate’s membership share weight, ensuring that higher-level members receive proportionally more referral opportunities while still giving every active affiliate a fair chance.

9. Product Usage & Licensing

  • All products are delivered with PLR or MRR rights. Specific licensing details are included with each product package.
  • Members may edit, rebrand, or resell these products within the terms of the license provided.
  • Pubize does not permit the resale of raw membership access, nor the redistribution of PLR/MRR licenses themselves.

10. Member Responsibilities

  • Members must provide accurate payment details to receive payouts.
  • Members are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their earnings.
  • Accounts flagged for fraud, abuse, or spam activity may be suspended or terminated, forfeiting unpaid balances.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Pubize makes no guarantees of income. Earnings are based on gross revenue, member activity, and program participation.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Pubize is not liable for technical issues, third-party payment delays, or member misrepresentation.

12. Amendments

  • Pubize reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in the Member Dashboard.
